  Vincent Trinh is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a robust educational foundation. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from York University, where he completed his degree in 5 years. Vincent then furthered his expertise by obtaining a Massage Therapy Diploma from Humber College, where he honed his skills over a 3-year intensive program. Vincent approaches therapy with a patient-centered philosophy, prioritizing individualized care and offering as much hands-on treatment as needed to address his patients unique needs. He is passionate about using his skills in techniques such as soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, and deep tissue massage to provide relief from various conditions including migraines, sports-related injuries, and stress. Vincent specializes in a variety of therapeutic techniques:

Vincent has a profound appreciation for the great outdoors, and in his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and rock climbing. He also has a passion for exploring new culinary experiences and is always eager to share his latest food discoveries with others. Vincent’s philosophy extends beyond the treatment room—he believes in the value of lifelong learning and is always open to new experiences and knowledge, whether it’s through outdoor adventures or new learning opportunities.
