Do you experience knee pain or strange sounds when you bend your knees?
Don't worry, most of the time, those clicks and cracks are totally normal! Unless it's from a specific injury or trauma, these sounds are typically harmless. However, if they're accompanied by pain, it's essential to get it checked out.
Here are a few knee-strengthening exercises that can help alleviate those clicks and cracks:
1 Terminal Knee Extension
10 reps, 10-second hold
2 Tibial Rotation with Slider
10 reps
3 Tibial Rotation with Knee Movement
10 reps, 5-second hold
4 Prone Hamstring Curl with Band
10 reps
